AAA Indianapolis | Columbus 4 Indianapolis 0
Daniel McCutchen made the start for the Indians today and did not fare to well at all. He only made it through 2.1 innings and gave up four runs  on six hits and was unable to strike out any batters.The real story of the day was Tim Alderson making his first Triple-A appearance, going through three shutout innings of relief while only allowing one hit and striking out three. Unfortunately though the team was unable to score any runs offensively despite nine hits, all singles. Brandon Boggs and Jordy Mercer both had a multi-hit game. Starling Marte went one for four with a strikeout.

AA Altoona | Altoona 4 Richmond 3
The Curve were able to pull away with a win today despite being out hit by the Flying Squirrels. Adalberto Santos and Brock Holt both continue to hit the ball well having  three hits a piece. Quincy Latimore had his first home run of the season. Brandon Crumpton was good for six innings of work on the mound, giving up two runs on seven hits. Victor Black pitched a scoreless inning, and Duke Welker gave up the other run in his two innings of work.

A West Virginia | Charleston 9 West Virginia 8
Alen Hanson added two more hits to his resume as the Power dropped a close game to Charleston. Josh Bell and Gregory Polanco also both had two hit games. Zachary Fuesser got the start and was able to pitch through four shutout innings. Trent Stevenson got roughed up pretty bad though for six runs, five earned, on six hits through only 0.2 innings.

A Bradenton | Bradenton 2 Fort Myers 1
The Marauders moved one step closer to .500 today with a low scoring win over Fort Myers. The story of the game was Jameson Taillon only allowing one run though five innings on four hits to put his early season ERA at 2.63.  He didn't give out any free passes and struck out seven batters. The only Marauder RBIs of the day came off the bats of Dan Grovatt and Drew Maggi.
