AAA Indianapolis | Columbus 5 Indianapolis 4
The Indians wrapped up their series with Columbus today with Jeff Locke taking the mound. Locke made it through five innings giving up five earned runs on eight hits. He struck out three and gave up a home run. Danny Moskos and Doug Slaten both pitched scoreless outings. Starling Marte had one of only four hits for the team today, along with Brian Friday, Jordy Mercer, and Eric Fryer. The big offensive story of the night was Mercer's three run homer in the fifth inning. His second home run in as many days.

AA Altoona | Richmond 7 Altoona 3
Mike Colla took the hill today for Altoona as the Curve dropped their third game of the season. Colla went five innings, giving up six runs, four earned, on eight hits. He fanned two and walked one. Kris Harvey followed with two innings of one hit, one run ball. Then Kyle Cofield finished with a scoreless inning. Offensively, the Curve were only able to plate three runs on seven hits. Two of those came of the bat of Brock Holt, Robbie Grossman also had a hit.

Alen Hanson just continues to crush the baseball tallying three more hits tonight as the Power won on their home opener today. Two of those hits were extra base hits in the form of a triple and his third homer of the season. Jose Osuna  also had a three hit game, as Josh Bell and Gregory Polanco had two hit games. On the mound, Matt Benedict got the start, getting through five innings giving up one unearned run on five hits. He struck out three and walked one. Orlando Castro and Jordan Cooper closed out the game only allowing one more hit.

A Bradenton | Fort Myers 1 Bradenton 0
Despite getting eight hits, the Marauders were unable to score any runs today. Mel Rojas had a triple and a double as part of his three hit game. The rest of the hits were all singles from the rest of the Marauder lineup. Colton Cain had a nice start on the mound working through 5.2 scoreless inings on two hits, two walks, and two strikeouts. Eliecer Navarro was the culprit giving up the game's only run through two innings pitched.
