Justin Wilson pitched three innings before leaving the game due a minor injury, he gave up one hit and struck out one in those innings. Rick VandenHurk did a great job in relief pitching five scoreless innings before Doug Slaten closed out the 1-0 win. Quite a game for the Indians pitching staff. The only run of the day was scored by Gorkys Hernandez who was driven in by Matt Hague. Starling Marte was back in the lineup and made a couple of stellar plays in the outfield despite being 0/3 at the plate.

Who else but Alen Hanson was the star here, with three hits including a double and drawing a walk. He scored two runs from the top of that order. Jose Osuna drove in a pair and Dan Gamache added the other RBI. Nick Kingham made the start and gave up two runs in five innings while striking out six. He gave up a home run while on his way to a no decision. Porfirio Lopez pitched three scoreless innings and got the win.

The Marauders were the only team in the system to lose today. They collected just four hits, one of them being a home run by Stefan Welch. Tyler Waldron made the start and gave up ten hits and four runs in five innings. He struck out three and gave up two bombs.
