We're launching the first of (hopefully) many Pittsburgh Pirates podcasts in 2011.
Myself and Alan Smodic (@alansmodic on twitter) put this together the other night, and @coryh64 edited it for us. It's not the best sounding thing, we did it with little preparation and this is going to just kind of serve as a starting ground for the future of Pirates podcasting.
In the future we'll have many different bloggers involved and might even have some video podcasts after a little while. We'll get it up on iTunes so you guys can subscribe and be more mobile with the podcasts. It'll probably be slower for the next few months and then once the season starts we'll try to make it a weekly thing.
Again, this was more of a rough draft for what this will be like in the future, but there's some good content in it. If you'd like to download the podcast, you can do so by using firefox to open up the podcast page and then click "save source" on the pull down menu on the far right of the media player (after it is done buffering).
