Daniel Cabrera took the mound today for the Indians as the team secured win number 13. Cabrera pitched through 3.2 innings allowing three earned runs on six hits. Daniel McCutchen followed Cabrera for 2.1 shutout innings and was credited with the win. Starling Marte had a nice night going two for five with two RBIs and a double. Matt Hague also collected two hits while Jordy Mercer had three.

Brandon Crumpton had a quality six inning start, allowing three runs on six hits and five Ks. Tim Alderson followed him up for three scoreless innings. Robbie Grossman continues to struggle with another hitless night. Matt Curry had a three RBI night, including a two run homer. Jaremy Farrell, Brock Holt, and Quincy Latimore all had two hits a piece.

The Marauders had a quiet night offensively. Stefan Welch went two for three, and the rest of the lineup up scattered a few singles here and there across the course of the game. Eliecer Navarro took the mound for Bradenton and had a decent start, allowing two earned runs across five innings. Unfortunately though the offense was not able to come through and Navarro got credited with a loss.
