- The Pirates got a much needed win last night by defeating the Reds 3-2 in a tight game. James McDonald had another great outing and Neil Walker and Alex Presley provided the offense with home runs. [Recap]
- I took a closer look at Erik Bedard's 2012 season last night and wrote this post detailing it.
- If you haven't already, check out the Pirates Daily Notebook I've been keeping up with this year. It could come in handy at some point for you in the future.
- I've started my pre-game work with TribLIVE Radio. I'll be doing pre-game and post-game shows for most games this summer, you can listen to the station here. We also have a smart phone app (search TribLIVE Radio or find us on the Tune In Radio app).
- I made a YouTube account and I will be posting all the videos I get from Pirates pre-game and post-game in the locker room on there. You can check out the channel here.
- The minor league starting pitchers had a pretty good day yesterday, giving up just one run in 29 innings of work. Pirates Prospects has a detailed recap of the day.
- The Pirates play their rubber match with the Cincinnati Reds today at 1:35. I'll be on TribLIVE Radio doing pre-game from 11-1, listen here. It's Charlie Morton against Mat Latos and it's a big game for the Pirates to win as they look for their first divisional series win of the year.
