  • The Pirates made some cuts this morning. Here's the list: Jeff Locke, Duke Welker, Mike Crotta, Robbie Grossman, Logan Kensing, Rudy Owens, Chase d'Arnaud, Ramon Cabrera, Anderson Hernandez, and Tony Sanchez.
  • Josh Harrison is in the lineup and playing shortstop today. He is competing for a bench spot and to this point he has only helped his case. Seeing him get more reps at shortstop today will be interesting and could factor into the decision when the time comes to make it.
