i'd mabe find a place for justin wilson near the bottom of that list. he had a really good year. and his velocity has increased a tick or two..he was hitting 94-95 at times.

I find it a bit troubling that with all the money spent in the draft over the last 3 years that only one prospect(Taillon)is ranked in MLB's top 100.
